The below information from Sustrans Scotland might be of interest (note deadline for feedback is Sunday 30th June 2024).
Aberdeenshire Council, Aberdeen City Council and Nestrans have teamed up with Jacobs to develop a Regional Active Travel Network Plan.
The network provides a multi-decade vision for a high-quality network of routes that enable people to walk, wheel and cycle more easily and safely within and between the region’s communities.
A draft of the network plan has been developed which you can now view and feedback on. The “storymap” provides information on why this network plan is being developed and explains some of the concepts. You can view the network plan under the “map” tab before completing the survey.
