The council issued today (24th Oct) a urgent closure notice for the Monymusk to Cluny Road from the junction with the B993 to Meadowbrae (Bilbo Bridge).
The road is closed with immediate effect until Friday 3rd November 2023.
The closure is associated with the installation of Fibre Broadband.
Anecdotally the closure seems to be only between 9am and c.4pm, but this is not stated in the council notice.
As per council notice “access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works“.
